  1. Purpose First. Pixels Second
To me, perfectly aligned pixels don't make a beautiful interface on their own. An interface should communicate a narrative, and give people an understanding of the "why".

  2.  Ask Questions First, Design Later
I'm never afraid to be the one in the kickoff meeting to ask the most questions. I believe alignment with a client's needs always starts by asking the right questions upfront.

  3. Error 404 - Ego Not Found
Knowledge is power. I actively seek opportunities to learn from senior developers and designers, and I'm equally passionate to share those learnings with my peers.

  4. Embracing the Pivot
As a multidisciplinary creative, I'm tool-agnostic by nature.
I learned early that there's more than one way to solve a problem. I revel in applying different parts of my brain to approach complex challenges.

  5. Let There Be Life
One of the best feelings is seeing an abstract idea, or a complex problem coalesce into a tangible, working solution. With just a little inspiration and a lot of elbow grease, a static design can be just as alive as you or me.
