The final project for my Web Development fellowship with CUNY Tech Prep as part of a team of 3. Utilizing various full-stack technologies, I assisted in the development of an interactive historical database spanning over 5000 years of human history. Made as an exciting new way to learn world history,  we proudly christened this app "Boring Atlas".

Boring Atlas allows its users to interact with three main components. An interactive timeline  for easy viewing of events throughout history, a "time-slider" that can be adjusted to view specific dates, and a 3D globe which visualizes the geographic locations for each event.

As the app's lead visual designer, my goals were to create an interface that was not only user-friendly and highly interactive, but one allowing for the cultivation of knowledge on world history and geography.
